About Us Charity Warriors Inc. is a Minnesota based non profit corporation established March 23, 2009. It is registered with the Minnesota Secretary of State and further state information regarding Charity Warriors can be found by clicking here. Charity Warriors is not a registered 501(3)C at this time and donations to Charity Warriors Inc. are not deductible under IRS section rules. Our Mission in 2010 A. Quarterly Medical Missions to Chimbote Peru starting ASAP. Working in conjunction with partners in both the Medical and Educational fields. IE: Universities and Hospitals here in Minnesota and abroad. B. To assist current and establishing non profit organizations in their set up and fund-raising efforts. Charity Warriors in 2010 will offer its consulting services on a national level. It is our hope that we will be able to assist those who are attempting to help others. C. Helping to establishing an AAU Girls Basketball Team in the Minneapolis Area called MN Charity Warriors Elite. The team is the vision of Leigh and Patrick Adams from Anoka. Charity Warriors Inc. is honored that they wish to use the Charity Warriors name in conjunction with their team and have made Eric Rech the founder of Charity Warriors Inc. an honorary founding member or their organization. Charity Warriors Inc. has donated the URL www.cwys.org to the team and will try to help the team in its fund-raising efforts once they are up and running as a 501 (3)C. Charity Warriors Inc. and Charity Warriors Youth Services Inc. are not affiliated in any way other then mentioned above.
Our 2009 in Mission The primary mission of Charity Warriors Inc. in 2009 was to assist non profit corporations in their fundraising efforts. The founder of Charity Warriors Inc. is Eric J. Rech of Minneapolis. Mr. Rech an entrepreneur and entertainer offers his expertise in his field to organize and implement promotional events which attempt to raise awareness, educate and fund-raise for charitable organizations which are 501 (3)C's Our Web Page The Charity Warriors web page is intended to allow non profit organizations, private individuals and concerns an opportunity to see what Charity Warriors has accomplished in 2009 and where it is going in 2010. How Did We Make Money in 2009? We didn't! Call us crazy but Charity Warriors retained no fees for any fundraising it did in 2009 and donated privately all monies needed to fund this web site and all promotions it conducted which have been listed on this page.. So where did the start up money come from? Our startup costs and ongoing financial needs have been met by RN Helen H. Rech of Minneapolis who for what ever reason believes that there is something here worth doing and supports Charity Warriors whole heartedly. By the way she is the wife of the Charity Warriors founder Eric Rech. Mr. Rech is very lucky to have her support as without it everything we have done so far in 2009 could never have been accomplished. Why? Just Why? Simply because its founder had never tried anything like this before and had no idea at all how to go about the business of non profit corporations. In business you simply try to make money. In the non profit business you try to raise money sure, but even more importantly you try to educate and make people aware of various causes. Education and awareness have value? Go figure. It took your author some time to get that concept down. So call it insanity. Call it the school of hard knocks, on the job training. What ever you would like to call it please do. I call it a wonderful learning experience which will now lead to three primary missions in 2010. Looking Ahead 2010 promises to be an exciting year. I am sure it will be difficult. I am sure there will be more setbacks then accomplishments. Yet in the end I am sure that this is pretty much the way I want to spend my days here on this planet. I value the friendships and thank everyone who has been part of this organization over the past year and thank everyone in advance for their continued support in the next year. I welcome anyone willing to help and apologize in advance for my short comings. LOL there are many... I Thank God for allowing me this opportunity and give him all the credit.
